Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues for for Honeywell Anthem Avionics Displays and Graphics. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. Key Responsibilities -Create roadmap and functional plans to meet program objectives and schedule -Attending program Technical and Change Control Board (TRB/CCB) meetings -Ownership of the Agile Scrum Earned Value performance -Drive execution to functional development plans -Cross-IPT planning and coordination U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization #LI-Hybrid YOU MUST HAVE -Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an engineering discipline -10+ years experience in engineering WE VALUE -Strong management operating system that facilitates communication -Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development. -Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers -Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives. -Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches -Business acumen - knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry -Significant experience in engineering Additional Information
