PURPOSE:

This is a summer internship program. The ideal candidate is someone who can commit to work full-time 40 hours per week. This position can be located in Owings Mills or Washington, DC offices.

Reporting to the Recruiting Operations Manager, this position will assist with the day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations, including compliance tracking, filing support, data entry, accurate processing of vendor invoices, weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, and special projects. In addition, this position is also responsible for the following:
  • Posting job openings
  • Monitoring the Talent Acquisition mailbox for incoming inquiries from internal and external applicants and clients and appropriately answer and triage amongst the team.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition team to assist with scheduling candidate interviews (virtual, phone, in person, etc.).
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Analyst in producing and updating weekly, monthly, quarterly reports. Contribute to the development of metrics and analyze recruiting data and information from ATS, CRM, external job boards, and other recruiting technology tools to identify patterns and trends.
  • Support coordination of New Employee Orientation (NEO) functions and actions, including day one communication and planning.
  • Maintain accurate data for audits and compliance.
  • Provide overall administrative support to TA Operations team members.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: This position requires an individual working towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university: Rising Junior or Senior Undergraduate student, targeting a major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related studies with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and reprioritize work as necessary.
  • Must have strong MS Office skills especially working with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Salary Range: $18,720 - $26,000

The hire range posted is an annual rate. All intern positions will be paid hourly.
