We seek a Pricing Lead specializing in list price setting and packaging to help accelerate growth on and adoption of HCE new product innovations. This pricing strategist will be responsible for helping execute HCE's monetization strategy and on its commitment to a SaaS business model. The position requires the ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems and to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and other Strategic Business Group pricing practitioners.

The Pricing Lead will play an integral role in inspiring a high-performance and feedback culture. They will partner with Offering Managers to ensure pricing strategies are set consistently, can be executed, and are implemented correctly. They will be responsible for analyzing pricing trends, conducting competitive analysis, and developing B2B pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.

This position will report to the HCE Pricing Director and will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a customer-centric approach to uncovering, quantifying and communicating financial value created by HCE's differentiated offerings.
  • Create list pricing and packaging to meet needs of different buyer segments, applying best practices to monetize innovation.
  • Optimize price throughout customer lifecycle, including customer acquisition, up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Manage SKUs, setting prices for new product innovations and redesigning or rationalizing across the product portfolio as needed
  • Execute pricing strategies to achieve or exceed committed performance across direct and indirect sales channels
  • Lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations ensuring effective change management
  • Collaborate with other teams such as Offering Management to align pricing decisions with overall business strategy
  • Maintain, develop, and present timely and accurate KPI reporting for HCE
  • Communicate pricing decisions, and perform ad hoc pricing analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on HCE pricing-related matters
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional team to share best practices, foster effective collaboration, and drive business outcomes
  • Enhance/automate the Management Operating System (MOS) to provide accurate, fast data for business decision support
  • Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of SaaS pricing developments & thought leadership
  • Work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage numerous priorities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience with proven B2B pricing strategies, tactics, and techniques such as value-based pricing, segmentation, and packaging
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with key, cross-functional stakeholders including senior leaders
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS pricing and best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, marketing finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, P&L, and their drivers of success

  • Minimum of 1 year Project Management experience
