As an Account Executive for the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) organization, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and assigned service customers. Your goal will be to lead and manage all aspects of customer engagements in order to both maintain existing relationships as well as grow Honeywell's presence with the customer. The salary range for this position is (102-153K). The position also includes sales incentive (subject to change on company performance and individual performance. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Strong Sales Management Operating System (MOS):
• 10+ years in a business-to-business sales or account management role in the building automation industry • Demonstrated expertise in selling Building Automation solutions that meet customer desired outcomes. • Valid Driver's License WE HIGHLY VALUE • Bachelor's degree • Demonstrated ability selling into the Premium commercial real estate in sports and entertainment verticals via owners, engineers, and contractors.
