Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Ultrasound Technician PER DIEM **Langone Orthopedic Center**. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for performing medically prescribed MSK ultrasound exams and procedures. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Associates Degree (Two Years of college) and completion of one year program in Ultrasound; Registered or registry eligible to take the Registry exam (ARMDS) within 1 year of hire date or equivalent combination of education and experience. Registered by ARDMS. Required Licenses: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Preferred Qualifications: Registered by ARDMS. Experience with MSK diagnostic ultrasound and procedures Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
