Job Introduction
Regional Head of William Grant & Sons Brand Academy will support the development and deployment of the academy for everyone involved in building our brands across the Business UnitLeadership Team, Sales, Commercial and Marketing teams. Working within their respective region to build a network of trained facilitators and senior market contacts to build a capability and learning plan for the region to support the William Grant Way of brand building.

Main Responsibility
Establishing the William Grant Way of building brands as a proprietary way of operating to continue to grow and develop the WG&S brands across the business to become the best in the Premium Spirits industry. Building the quality content, tools processes and embedding to an incredibly high standard that harmonises the processes, drives high quality outputs and content and ways of working to drive joined up, excellent execution. Working with key stakeholders in the region, and managing third party vendor content development and facilitation, to support the cascading and training of the content and the new ways of working. Responsible for codifying the way of working, leveraging best practice and learning from the implementation to establish a harmonised way of working across the business with a continuous improvement process for the region to evolve and grow ahead of our competition.

Our Ideal Candidate
An accomplished capability and, or senior functional marketeer with experience of building brands and a track record of success. Someone with a broad range of experience across process, creative and customer marketing in management roles domestically and regionally. Someone with a high level of organisation skills and ability to synthesise and structure information and processes to influence without authority and drive an accelerated change, adoption and embedding agenda. Ideally someone who has experience of training and facilitation, managing internal and external partners. Who can work as part of a Global and regional team to join the marketing brand building and commercial RTC plans to drive excellent execution and improved capability across marketing, sales and commercial.

The pay range for this role located in our New York City office is from $146,538 to $175,891.
