As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on processes and procedures for assessing the potential application of enterprise technology products or services, and offer solutions that meet customer needs.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Business Acct Mgmt Solutions - Sales Engineer - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Determine the customer business needs and processes across multiple projects, programs, or products, while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
  • Lead cost benefit studies for purchasing the most complex and widely-used enterprise products and services, and present conclusions to team leadership.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of industry principles, company products, and client needs to develop technical training on complex topics for clients.

Communicate critical customer feedback about digital products and programs to product teams for future developments.
  • Use extensive technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.
  • Lead product teams and customers to analyze and triage the most complex issues with digital products, pilots, and programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 6 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
  • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process.
  • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
  • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.

Tools
  • Skilled in Oracle Siebel
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
