Job Overview

The Senior, Product Manager owns short-term product roadmaps with hybrid responsibility for both strategy and execution. Strong candidates possess a proven track record of delivery and collaborate with business partners to align on discovery requirements. What You Will Do
  • Bring innovative ideas to enhance both customer and colleague experiences.
  • Take leadership over complex product areas, which may involve leading as a senior PM.
  • Collaborate with business partners to orchestrate cross-functional projects.
  • Take ownership of the agenda in large team settings, driving conversations and decision-making.
  • Prioritize analyses to guide the roadmap effectively and structure AB tests.
  • Pressure test engineers and contribute to technical requirements.
  • Structure discovery processes to yield deep insights that impact the product roadmap.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional projects with support from senior leaders.
  • Gather input from various internal stakeholders and external resources while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and on-scope delivery of their work.

Skills You Will Need

Passion for Innovation and Problem-Solving: Enthusiasm for generating innovative ideas to enhance customer and colleague experiences, coupled with the ability to solve complex business problems.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to perform complex data analysis, draw actionable insights, and use business metrics/KPIs to guide strategy and evaluate performance.

Strategic Thinking and Execution: Capacity to lead complex product areas, prioritize analyses to guide the roadmap effectively, and turn ambiguous subject matter into actionable solutions.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively communicate new ideas, findings, and strategies to various stakeholders.

Autonomy and Initiative: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance, execute independent research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations.

Leadership and Team Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to take ownership of agendas in large team settings, drive conversations and decision-making, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

User Focus: Strong dedication to incorporating customer experience into decision-making processes and product development initiatives.

Accountability: Bring positive energy, optimism, and passion to work every day, while also being accountable for results and enjoying product/project ownership.

Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize time effectively, and communicate timelines to team members.
