Location: Medical Center-Prosper Department: Food & Nutrition Services Shift: Varying Shifts (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dishroom and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred. Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.
