Paid Search Specialist

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our team to help implement and measure digital growth strategies to generate new leads and acquire customers. Through development and management of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, you'll help successfully expand the Company's web presence while simultaneously driving loan volume.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative and results-oriented multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives across all relevant channels and partners (including but not limited to, Display, Remarketing, Paid Social, Native, OTT, Paid Search).
  • Assist with day-to-day relationship management with external vendors/agencies with oversight and support of all tasks related to digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROAS. Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape through continuous market research and analysis.
  • Manage and monitor campaigns to identify key trends and recommend optimization techniques to drive improvement using test & learn strategies.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Bing including, but not limited to keyword research, bidding strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Oversee campaign marketing asset development with internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand consistency and following digital marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams as well as our agency to understand campaign-specific goals, product priorities, and targeting/audience segmentation while utilizing best practices.
  • Assist in PowerPoint and presentation creation for presentations to key business stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and allocating of resources effectively to optimize marketing spend to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Hands on experience with digital paid advertising platforms/tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and Adroll,
  • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires some in-person attendance during normal business hours.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Required 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, services and concepts, including digital advertising platforms, web analytics, user experience, and content management systems.
  • Effective project and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail minded with exceptional organization skills.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills that will foster the ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be self-sufficient, self-motivated, proactive, and tech-savvy.
  • Team player, able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines.
