Overview

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Director of Identity Management to join our team and be part of a dynamic corporate culture dedicated to supporting our stores and team members. You will be responsible f or building and operating a central IGA framework to enable and manage an integrated experience across TMX systems and platforms. This position will report directly to the VP of IT Security . This is a full-time, primarily in-office opportunity.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and forward-thinking strategy for the IAM program, aligning it with business objectives and the company's security requirements.
  • Proactively engage with various stakeholders, including business units, IT, legal, compliance, audit, and external partners, to understand and address their IAM needs and expectations.
  • Align Information Security policies, standards, and SOPs with the strategic IAM vision.
  • Conduct regular IAM risk assessments and audits, identifying and remediating any gaps or issues in the IAM program.
  • Evaluate needed efficiencies in manual access delivery and removal services.
  • Accountable for quality delivery of critical access controls.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with broader security team as needed and participate in day-to-day security operations.
  • Assist in monitoring, documenting, or implementing of any prescribed corrective actions resulting from security assessments or penetration testing.
  • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard .
  • This is a full-time role that requires in-person attendance during normal business hours.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role overseeing an IAM program in a complex enterprise environment which includes an emphasis on security.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in identity and access management
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and build identity governance functions in regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies, controls, and standard processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively document procedures.
  • Ability to perform analysis on collected security related data, compile into meaningful reports, and effectively present the findings to management.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of one or more well-established common security frameworks or standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, or equivalent.
  • Experience influencing teams and stakeholders without direct authority over them.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated sound judgement.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 3 or more years of experience with integrating applications into Single Sign On
  • Customer identity and access management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of implementing a privileged access model for a platform or application
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their relevance to IAM / PAM
  • Familiarity with SOX and SSAE compliance a plus
