Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Human Resources Benefits Analyst Intern will sit within our HR Total Rewards Division. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside Senior level Benefits Analyst staff that support the entire organization. This area is responsible for support and assisting associates and vendors with Benefit Administration related questions and enrollment. CareFirst runs a year-round internship program. The ideal candidate is someone who can work throughout the year 15-20 hours in the Spring/Fall and up to 35-40 hours in the summer. This student will be required to come into our Baltimore, MD and/or Owings Mills, MD locations a couple times per month for team meetings/events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Education Level: Must be a rising Junior or Senior working towards an Undergraduate Degree from an accredited College or University. Experience: Undergraduate student targeting majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; GPA: 3.0 or above. Required Abilities/Skills:
Salary Range: $18,720 - $26,000 Salary Range Disclaimer The hire range posted is an annual rate. All intern positions will be paid hourly.
