Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Product Manager - Lifecycle is responsible for developing and managing products through the product life cycle for the Specialty/Ancillary ( stop loss, disability, wellbeing, etc .) market. The Product Manager is responsible for championing and growing product lines to meet financial and divisional goals, and to align with our brand and user experience. Product Manager - Product Development will conceive of and produce executive level product analyses and recommendations for Senior Leadership that include what products to retain and what products to retire based on data. They will produce competitive product and pricing analyses to demonstrate areas of opportunity and implement strategies to capture those opportunities within assigned product lines. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related field OR In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Experience: 3 years product analysis, product management or related business experience. Preferred Experience: Product management experience in any of the following, Stop Loss, Life & Disability, WellBeing highly preferred!! Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
