Auto req ID 14033BR Job description To provide technical support services in the area of computing devices to district offices, learning communities and schools related to information technology in a distributed infrastructure. The successful candidate should possess extensive knowledge and expertise in use of project management methodologies and tools, including experience with ERP systems. Experience with ERP GAP analysis, specifically current and future states is preferred. Possess a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and system integrations. Ability to facilitate group processes in consensus building, conflict resolution, planning and decision-making. Ability to work as part of a team with the staff or other departments. Knowledge of current technologies and research. Ability to identify important issues or problems in area of responsibility. Ability to share ideas with others in a clear and informative manner. Ability to analyze data and effectively use problem solving skills. Analytical skills to review information and formulate alternative solutions to problems. Possess excellent written presentation and documentation skills.
