Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Accounts Payable Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Responsible for payables processing including: Brainware, expense report auditing; vendor management; daily vendor payment processing; phone/email communication with all levels of staff and vendors. Accuracy and consistency are critical to this position. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED with at least three years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable processing environment (Five hundred invoices per week). Must have a good understanding of the full cycle payable process and be able to type quickly. Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail is required. Good oral and written communication skills are a must. Experience with Brainware, Workday, and/or Onbase are a plus but not required. Must be organized with a working knowledge of excel, word, outlook & payables-related modules.
