The purpose of the role is to provide the day-to-day product training delivery operations of the Americas Honeywell Academy team. The Sr. CX Automation & Process Control Training Professional will also be able to conduct standard technical training programs on the full product range including Experion PKS, TPS & PHD.

This person will be responsible for designing customized/tailored technical training programs and ensuring all materials remain current with product upgrades and introduction of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for standard trainings, set-up and configure required training hardware and software, and deliver training courses compliant with Honeywell HPS and (Global) AC Quality procedures.
  • Maintain technical knowledge as Subject Matter Expert on 3 or more areas of expertise and be able to deliver trainings on these subjects as a certified instructor.
  • Design and deliver tailored courses in line with specific customer requirements, this by collecting and selecting standard training materials from standard courses into a customer specific tailored course.
  • Be familiar with virtual and remote training delivery technologies to provide trainings for both classroom based and remote trainings.
  • Can conduct Training Needs Analyses to support design of specific training programs.
  • Provide solutions to training requests and assist in the production of proposals.
  • Plan, assess and review competency standards.
  • Work with Honeywell Academy Leader and other Lead Instructors (where appropriate), to devise annual technical training and budget plan (AOP & Capex).

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 5 years Automation and Control Experience either in Maintenance or Implementation
