Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager.

In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategy and development of innovative digital marketing initiatives tailored to diverse patient segments and healthcare professionals. This position will collaborate with other Communications & Marketing (C&M) teams and cross-functional NYULH stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the health system's mission to drive brand reputation and appointment volume.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Strategy Lead Digital Platforms, this position will play a critical role in NYULHs overall strategic marketing efforts, including creating innovative digital programs, providing a deep understanding of the profiles of different audiences receiving digital campaigns on third party platforms, and supporting the advancement of NYULHs enterprise objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Cloud Strategy Development:
      • Contribute to the development of strategic, research-based, and data-driven strategies to reach prospects via third party platforms
      • Leverage working knowledge of all marketing products and platforms for online acquisition to increase growth
      • Tailor digital marketing strategies and initiatives to effectively reach the intended audience for each department and/or service lines' specific need
      • Execute audience segmentation analyses to develop unique profiles that inform the design of effective digital marketing campaigns via third party platforms support the partnership with Strategic Planning to look at revenue opportunities for clinical priorities; develop journey maps for each segment across marketing channels and platforms
      • Oversee sequencing and activation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple departments and service lines; identify synergies and potential areas of conflict
      • Participate in defining governance to ensure proper campaign management and sequencing
      • Leverage performance metrics and outcomes from third party platform marketing campaigns to track their success and to inform existing and future strategies for third party platforms in partnership with the Program Measurement & Business Operations platform
      • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and healthcare best practices, adapting strategies to industry changes
      • Drive strategic marketing campaigns that will fuel the growth of NYULH and support realization of institutional goals


Collaboration and Influence
    • Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to strategize and execute effective digital campaigns via third party platforms to increase reputation and business objectives
    • Proactively coordinate with the Brand Ecosystem team to ensure all digital campaigns adhere to brand-specific guidance, and strategies are aligned with the overall vision for NYULH
    • Support the Market Strategy Lead - Digital Platforms (Associate Director) in infusing data-driven insights into marketing strategy campaigns and assessing their effectiveness
    • Coordinate with the Advertising Lead, Clinical Leads, and FGP relationship lead on the execution of marketing campaigns requiring promotion via paid channels
    • Support strategic market assessments, including analyzing market environments, competitive intelligence, and forecasting industry/market trends, informed by inputs from current digital marketing and acquisition trends

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Strategy, or related field
5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, specifically leveraging third party platforms
Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply and communicate data-driven insights
Understanding of graphic design and branding
Creative instincts and willingness to test-and-learn
Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to teach, motivate, and collaborate effectively
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare marketing strategy and digital innovation

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $76,721.84 - $127,869.56 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
