Role Summary

Genesys is looking for an experienced Manager to establish, build, and maintain cohesive and creative learning programs across Customer Support and Services (CSS). In this role, y ou will serve as a primary partner as we bring content, process, and technology together to better enable a more efficient creative development lifecycle and deliver a more personalized training experience to our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to balance creativity with fast moving business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a hands-on creative with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling. Modes of delivery will include video, training labs, self-paced eLearning, classroom, and virtual instructor led.

The CSS team supports the customer's lifecycle post the initial sale. Business units include, Customer Success Management, Professional Services (Technical and Project Management) additional business development and services sales, Renewal Management, Business Ops and Advisory groups.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and manage business related curriculum development team.
  • Set and drive performance of team to hit all deliverables.
  • Review training feedback to continuously improve content.
  • Develop a training creation framework using an agile approach to rapid development and deployment of training material.
  • Partner with department leaders to help drive a culture of learning across CSS.
  • Work collaboratively with Beyond Training team, LMS teams, training delivery teams, and leadership to promote cross-functional solutions to training needs.
  • Establish a training governance framework to ensure content is accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Identifies technology enhancements that will improve the employee, customer, and content development experience.
  • Embrace and facilitate coaching sessions to continuously improve skillset of curriculum development team.

Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 plus years leading teams in the learning and development space.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth needs assessment analysis of learning needs.
  • Experience with training technologies such as instructional design software, LMS, reporting data bases.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with online content-delivery tools and platforms
  • Experience in working with complex technical solutions.
  • Desired experience includes familiarity with contact-center software, telecommunications technology and standards, network-based solutions, using AI for content creation, or other highly technical systems.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$83,600.00 - $164,000.00
