Job Summary:

As Assistant, Paid Media at Bluemercury, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Bluemercury's paid media campaigns and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior, Paid Media & Affiliate, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination between promotional strategies, design teams, vendor marketing efforts, and local store/spa initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating comprehensive briefs for promotions and campaigns, facilitating efficient asset handoff to agency partners, and contributing to the overall success of paid media endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum:
  • Develop detailed briefs outlining objectives, target audience, and creative specifications for promotions and campaigns
  • Support briefs, insights and analytics to have strong data storytelling
  • Help build incentives, content calendars, guides and email campaigns
  • Utilize your analytics skills to dive into performance metrics, proactively conducting regular analyses
Reporting:
  • Provide support on affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and insights on affiliate program performance
  • Conduct research to survey the competitive landscape within the beauty industry
  • Assist in managing budgets
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure alignment of creative assets with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Support vendor marketing activities and liaise with local store and spa marketing teams to coordinate integrated efforts.
  • Continuous communication with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our clients

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce paid media, preferably within a retail or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising. Strong communication and people management skills will b essential.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using digital analytics, project management and other martech tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Multi-Tasking: Capable of independently managing multiple projects, timelines, priorities, and expectations concurrently.
