Description The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Prince George's County Department of Parks and Recreation, Northern Recreation and Leisure Services Division is seeking a Recreation/Park Facility Manager II. The Recreation/Park Facility Manager II is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the facility. Duties include: supervising full time and part time program staff as well as overseeing maintenance, security and improvements of the facility and its equipment; facility rental; all marketing and public relations for facilities programs; expenditures and revenues, cash handling and budgeting; and establishing operating procedures. Please note that the above salary range represents earning potential. The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $61,730 - $85,528. Examples of Important Duties Facility Management:

Additionally, the director may also supervise another career staff member who will be at an entry-level management position. Most of these staff look to the Facility Director for professional development guidance.
