The Assistant Account Manager - Assistant CSR, Commercial Lines position provides day to day support to Capstones Insureds and also to Capstone's sales producers. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals, as required Processing of endorsements Issuing certificates, evidences and ID cards Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems, database and records Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues Providing superior customer support - manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution General miscellaneous tasks as required QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail Customer service oriented - ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e. word, excel, etc.) Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required High School diploma or equivalent required Preferred - 1+ years Commercial Lines experience Preferred - NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or ability to obtain shortly after hiring BENEFITS Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to employees, including medical, dental, STD, LTD and life insurance, 401k, paid time off and much more.
