Duties This position starts at a salary of $139,395.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $181,216.00 (GS-14, Step 10) with promotion potential to $181,216.00 (GS-14 Step 10). The Operation Research Analyst provides quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist senior leaders in decision-making and problem solving of complex operational issues including top-level strategizing, planning, forecasting, allocating resources, performance measurement, scheduling, system design, gap analysis, logistics management, budget analysis, work distribution and database analysis.
