Resp & Qualifications As a Project Manager on the Mandates Implementation team within the ePMO, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of local, state, and federal legislation, as well as Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) mandates, in a highly matrixed organization. To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate with a multitude of business and IT teams to ensure that all assigned mandates are implemented, and the company is brought into compliance by the effective date. The Project Manager will be able to understand complex legislation and articulate required changes throughout the company. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. PURPOSE: As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will oversee and direct multiple complex Regulatory Compliance Implementations enterprise-wide initiatives, involving 15-50+ stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams, utilizing Waterfall and Hybrid Agile methodology to deliver results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Leads a team utilizing a matrix management system. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Salary Range: $93,960 - $186,615 Salary Range Disclaimer The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed.
