Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: CareFirst is undertaking a digital transformation which requires enterprise agility paired with the retooling of our technology stack to speed delivery and expand our reach. The IT Core Technology Services organization is leading this charge by advancing our operating model across the organization. To drive this transformation, the Project Coordinator supports all team-wide activities related to strategic planning, performance metrics & analytics, budget forecasts and tracking, compliance reporting, vendor renewal tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will assist senior leadership in the development of goals and monitors progress toward goals across the team. In addition, participate in cross-value stream efforts and acts as liaison to communicate activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support Strategic Planning:
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Salary Range: $46,512 - $92,378 Travel Requirements: Estimate Amount: 1-2 days per month.
