Job Overview

You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring hourly talent, and the administration of various tasks within a Supply Chain Facility, which could include multiple locations. You will assist building leadership with internal talent needs, such as the internal application process, scheduling interviews, transfers, and referrals. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions
  • Independently lead the day-to-day talent activities
  • Lead the candidate experience, which includes corresponding with applicants, scheduling interviews and ensuring a seamless offer and onboarding process.
  • Partner with leadership and regional Talent Manager to schedule and arrange onsite and external job fairs
  • Establish relationships with facility leadership and regional partners.
  • Identify hiring needs by reviewing reports and communicating with facility leadership status of open positions against targeted headcount.
  • Assist with ordering and monitoring Background Checks and Drug Screening, as needed.
  • Schedule new hire start dates and notify People Leaders.
  • Facilitate onboarding process with new colleagues.
  • Manage and maintain job postings and disposition of candidate requisitions.
  • Input colleague status changes, transfers, and data corrections as needed.
  • Ensuring company required compliance audits, including I-9 reverifications, document retention, and required postings are updated when needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum of two years of Human Resources, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
Essential Physical Requirements
  • Position may require prolonged periods of standing/walking around supply chain facility and/or department.
  • May require working with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously for extended periods of time.
  • May Involve, reaching stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Ability to travel within division/market of responsibility with periodic need to travel overnight based on the needs of the business.
  • Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
