Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Psychiatry-Intake Shift: Varying Shifts (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 12 Summary: The Family/Intake Therapist will provide intake assessments in the Emergency Department and over the phone to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment. Provides family assessments, family therapy, crisis intervention, and telephone triage for psychiatric inpatients, PHP, ER, and discharged patients. Participates in group therapy, multi-disciplinary treatment, diagnostic conferences, and diagnostic interviews. Provides case management services for all patients. Manages patient's mental health benefits and keeps informed of all information regarding the patient's treatment and their payor. Available for Intake on-call on an as-needed basis.
