Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Psychiatry Shift: Varying Shifts (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 36 Summary: The Behavioral Care Partner works closely with psychiatric and non-psychiatric patients on Cook Children's psychiatric or non-psychiatric units such as medical/surgical floors, PICU, or the Emergency Department. Behavioral Care Partners care for children during their stay to assist them with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. Responsible for delivering competent and skilled care to patients and families with a team-oriented approach and an emphasis on good customer relations under the direction of the RN/LVN.
