Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food Service Worker. In this role, the successful candidate ensures that patients receive appropriate nourishments, trays and food selections under the direction of the Supervisor of Patient Services. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to speak, read and write English. Must be able to understand and carry out simple oral and written instructions. Preferred Licenses: ServSafe Certification Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or Equivalent. Minimum six (6) months on a tray assembly line or related experience preferred. A.A. degree in Nutrition or related major. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $21.58 - $23.78 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
