US Oncology Medical Affairs Medical Head Join us at AstraZeneca in the Oncology Business Unit as the US Oncology Medical Affairs Medical Head. This role offers an outstanding chance to manage a team of medical professionals, develop and deliver coordinated Medical Affairs Plans, and contribute to the strategic direction of assigned scientific and/or sub disease areas within the US Medical Affairs Franchise. Reporting directly to the Franchise Head, you will be a key member of a strategic leadership team driving medical excellence across the whole Franchise. Accountabilities: As the US Oncology Medical Affairs Medical Head, you will be responsible for the disease area medical strategy and oversee the creation and delivery of the medical plan. You will lead and encourage a team of Medical professionals, lead all aspects of talent management, oversee financial planning across all assets and indications within the designated franchise, and develop comprehensive engagement strategies with customers and key partners. You will also represent AstraZeneca in joint alliance meetings and ensure that our US strategy aligns with global strategy/requirements. Essential Skills/Experience:
