Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Per Diem LPN - Mineola Dialysis, Days. In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for using his/her clinical experience to plan the delivery of safe, therapeutic, age appropriate patient care through planning, implementation and evaluation over a scope of practice. With the patient and family central to the care, the LPN incorporates the unique characteristics and needs of each patient and family member into the care delivery process. Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to promote wellness and optimizes patient outcomes. Performs multiple clinical and clerical duties as required. Complies with established policies, procedures, rules and regulations as they pertain to the hospital as well as federal state and local regulations. Diligently observe all HIPPA guidelines. Performs all other duties as it relates to specialty. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a High School or Equivalent Technical Diploma Graduate of accredited school of licensed practical nursing 0 - 1 year nursing experience working in a hospital, ambulatory, private practice or home health care setting preferred. Required Licenses: LPN Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $40.00 - $40.00 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
