The Engineering Tech I works with experienced personnel to define problems and recommend methods of implementing solutions. Implements many tasks to carry out solutions. Has skills to analyze problems. Continues to expand technical skills needed of existing and new technologies

- Production Line Support
- Productivity improvement projects
- Preventative Maintenance

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

- At least some technical knowledge of production processes
- Basic understanding of process improvement tools
- Ability to prioritize assigned work
- Computer knowledge and use of software applications such as Word, Excel, SAP
- Competency in reading drawing and technical specifications

- Some background with revising operating procedures
- Some background with electromechanical assemblies and test equipment
