Your Role: CSAA IG, a AAA Insurer is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) and be proficient in the development, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure robust and secure identity management processes.

Your work:

Design and Development:
  • Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, rules, and integrations.
  • Customize and enhance SailPoint components such as connectors, rules, email templates, and reports.

Implementation and Integration:

  • Integrate SailPoint with various target systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and other enterprise applications.
  • Implement provisioning and de-provisioning processes for user accounts and entitlements.
  • Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure alignment with organizational policies.

Maintenance and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SailPoint implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Perform regular system health checks and apply fixes and updates as needed.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SailPoint features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience in migrating solutions to SaaS.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:
  • 8+ years' experience in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ as a developer
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, provisioning, de-provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.

Demonstrated practical and theoretical knowledge of:
  • Secure solutions development
  • Middleware security
  • n-tier apps dev infrastructure
  • Compliance - MAR (Model Audit Rule), Payment Card Interface, State DMV regulations
  • Code review, reverse engineering
  • API's and protocols
  • Authentication and authorization
  • An understanding of the impact of emerging business and end-user technologies have on information security requirements and architecture.
  • An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in existing security and IT systems and an ability to keep pace with changing security and IT technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the ability to effectively influence others.
  • A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences up to company executives, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner
  • Able to work with a changing schedule that includes standard or non-standard business hours of work.
  • Strong proficiency in OS and network technology.

The national average salary range for this position is $136,800-152,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $123,120-182,500 This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
