Description and Requirements Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will provide superior customer support and technical support to customers of one of the leading courier delivery services companies in the world. We are seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented applicants who have a desire to help resolve customer issues and who understand the importance of providing an exceptional experience to customers.
