Join us at AstraZeneca's Oncology Business Unit as a GU/Gyn Tumor Director Global Publications. In this role, you will have direct accountability and responsibility for the global leadership and line management of a team of Global Publication Leads across multiple sites. You will provide publications expertise and insight into the development and optimization of integrated strategic global publication plans, driving scientifically rigorous and compliant publications across the product lifecycle. The role collaborates with the Global Head of Publications, VP OBU Medical, Clinical TA VPs, Global Medical Affairs Leaders (GMALs), and the regions to ensure aligned global publications strategies and plans are developed and delivered in a globally consistent way, aligned to the integrated Medical Affairs Plans. The Tumor Director manages the Global Publication Leads to lead their teams in an aligned manner, assuring consistent delivery across the portfolio. Accountabilities:

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $185,412.80 - $278,119. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
