What's the role?

We are looking for an IT Process Consultant/ IT Business Analyst to contribute and play an important role implementing our EWM (SAP Extended Warehouse Management) roadmap for distribution warehouses in USA and Canada. The position will be based in our strategic IT location Tulsa, Oklahoma.

What does the role involve?

Self-sufficient implementation of a WMS (warehouse management system).
Strong skills in requirements engineering which includes defining, analyzing, evaluating, planning and documenting.
Execution & Quality of Configuration, User Story, Test Cases, Effort Estimations, 2nd/ 3rd level support.
Configure processes, develops specifications for IT solutions, implements, and tests enhancement requests.
Technical SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the solution.
Risk Management for technical changes across the system landscape following IT guidelines and best practices.
Change Management / Technical Release Management and Maintenance Meetings.
Able to reduce complexity by explaining topics in a simple way to engage and persuades others.
Additional duties, as assigned.

What you need is:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or a Computer Science Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as process expert level in a major Enterprise Resource Planning or Warehouse Management System environment (Implementation experience of systems and processes is a must).
SAP customizing experience is a plus.
Practical experience with functional processes in warehousing.
Skills in specification, set-up, documentation, testing, go-live activities.
Entrepreneurial minded, team player and good problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (verbally and written).
Limited amount of travel of up-to 25%.
