Accountabilities: As the Translational Science lead, you will hold a senior leadership position within a new and dynamic organization at AstraZeneca. Reporting directly to the head of Immunology Cell Therapy in Boston, you will oversee the implementation of translational and biomarker objectives for cellular therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Your focus will be on ensuring effective collaborations between research and development, establishing strong target-to-disease connections, and building a cross-functional team to identify new indications, differentiate AZ cellular therapeutics, and drive translational understanding of clinical trial data. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $256,354 to $384,532. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles).
