Location: This is a hybrid position and can be based out of Mumm Napa in Rutherford or Kenwood Vineyards in Kenwood; offering a picturesque wine country environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Reporting Analyst in preparing comprehensive P&L and Balance Sheet reports, rolling forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Support and track advertising & promotion expenditures, contributing to financial forecasts and the budgeting processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales submissions in the group financial system, Polaris.

• Handle DTC sales tax submissions and respond to third-party data inquiries.

• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations (AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets, etc.) with precision and adherence to deadlines.

• Prepare and post all assigned journal entries accurately and on time.

• Administer capex project submissions and fixed assets capitalization/disposals, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

• Manage invoicing and cash collection processes as needed.

• Assist in TTB and CDTFA reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Support annual property tax filings and other statutory requirements.

• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

• Fulfill annual census reporting requirements in a timely manner.

• Contribute to Pernod Ricard's digital transformation and automation initiatives, including proficiency in Polaris, Power BI, and other continuous improvement technologies.

• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with JDE, Hubble, Polaris and Power BI are advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to process improvements.

• Experience with ERP systems and digital tools is a plus.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay scale offered for this position is $70,000- $80,000. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. The Company reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
