We have an opportunity for a Principal Process Engineer to join Honeywell during an exciting time of
growth for our business. This role is responsible for developing new tools and templates, optimized
configurations, techno-economic analyses, and sales phase process engineering in support of gas
processing technical proposals which can include the integration of multiple technologies.

Key responsibilities include:
- Drive business results by understanding customer needs and positioning UOP's process
engineering offer to provide the client the most bankable techno-economic solution.
- Work collaboratively with Business, Sales Support Proposal Manager, and Engineering
stakeholders to develop technically and economically optimized process solutions in support of
sales opportunities.
- Quantify, from a process engineering perspective, the value that UOP's solution offers vs. the
"next-best-alternatives".
- Develop competitive process configurations and designs (H&WB, process summaries, lines
sizing, H&WB, equipment RFQ packages, etc) for both new and existing units.
- Work with Sales Support Proposal Managers to provide process input to technical proposals.
- Work with Mechanical / Structural / Layout Engineers, both internal and 3rd party, to
incorporate Process Engineering requirements / inputs for New Product Developments.
- Be a lead for the technical part of customer meetings for technology updates, bid clarifications,
technical proposal review and general positioning of respective technologies, including
developing and delivering the necessary presentations.
- Development of new tools and templates to enable rapid analysis and delivery of integrated
technical proposals.
- Support customer engagements as technical expert in marketing efforts, early engagement, and
project / opportunity development

YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Significant (>10 - 15 years) experience in the gas processing industry. This experience can come
from roles in process technology development, process design, operations or technical service
- Extensive UniSim modeling skills or equivalent, 5 yrs min
- Strong presentation, communication and technical skills

- Experience in gas processing technologies (solvents, adsorbents, cryogenics, membranes, etc)
- Experience with gas processing technologies
- Experience with Unsim, Aspen Plus and/or solvent modeling packages
- Fast thinker, curious, quick learner, and takes ownership
- Ability to influence others with a demonstrated capability to collaborate with various people
and organizations while delivering results on complex projects
