As a Sr M&A Legal Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal operations of our Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). You will be responsible for managing and coordinating legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks, provide advice on contract interpretation, and support the due diligence process. You will report directly to our General Counsel - M&A and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our mergers and acquisitions by ensuring legal compliance, managing contract administration, and supporting the due diligence process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all M&A transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Provide advice on contract interpretation and dispute resolution
• Support the due diligence process for M&A transactions

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in mergers and acquisitions
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
