Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Channel support is the backbone of our sales initiative Greater than 50% of our sales occurs through our channel partners. As a Regional Distribution Manager (RDM), you will be responsible for driving demand generation efforts with every branch of our Authorized Distributors (ADs) within the Mid Atlantic States.. If one of our Regional Authorized Distributors has Headquarters within your territory, then you fully own the growth strategy with that partner. For the nation-wide distributors, you will coordinate closely with our National Distribution Managers to align strategies and efforts for those branches located within your region. This is a complex role requiring an experienced sales professional. In addition to running joint sales calls with the ADs to drive design registrations, this position requires training, frequent engagement with the Distribution leadership, monitoring of distributor inventory levels, and establishing pricing strategies along with product marketing. **Must live in the Region of Mid Atlantic States** **This position is Remote** Key Responsibilities
