Honeywell is hiring engineers in the areas of design, analysis, controls, test, and project management to accomplish this challenging new feat. Honeywell has an opening for a Lead Mechanical Engineer in the Mechanical Systems Engineering group responsible for the design and analysis of bearings, gears and splines, seals, and lubrication systems for propulsion engines, auxiliary power units, and engine gearboxes. The scope of this position includes using state-of-the-art software tools and methods and supporting Technical Excellence Teams to capture and publish analysis practices and guidelines. The position may involve test rig design, operation, and data collection and analysis. Analytical results may be presented in design reviews and will be recorded in appropriate documentation to meet program deliverables and requirements. Applicant must work effectively with design teams, global support, and chief engineers. Key Responsibilities
