Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Tucson, Arizona location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our manufacturing operations. By optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, you will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Manage manufacturing work/build instructions and Preliminary Review Board dispositions
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline
• 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing or Engineering
