Starting Pay Rate - $21/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential for night shift

As a Production Operator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our Advanced Materials products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential in producing high-quality products.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbia, Missouri location.

In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, monitoring product quality, and following standard operating procedures. Your contribution will directly contribute to the success of our Advanced Materials business. This position operates on rotating 12 hour shifts for 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am with 15 scheduled work days per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
