Description
Duties Experience in CTIP project design, implementation, evaluation, and analysis, including knowledge of the latest research, data, and evidence in CTIP approaches. Experience leading a team in developing priorities, multi-year strategic plans, and work plans for trafficking in persons programming. Experience must demonstrate experience in providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of a unit/team. Experience coordinating with USG agencies and multi-lateral organizations on TIP policy and programming. Demonstrates an ability to work with diverse cultures, prioritize partnerships, and shape action-oriented common goals. Experience in preparing reports and presentations on program planning and evaluation for trafficking in persons programs.
