The salary range for this role, based in New York is $145,728.00 to $182,160.00 , range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH The Consumer Proximity Specialist will be responsible for the product families of Consumer Strategy and Consumer Planning and Effectiveness. This includes products which support the business capabilities of A&P Planning and Management, Brand and Product Planning and optimization of spend through the use of insights from Machine-Learningdriven tools. Finally, the Consumer Proximity Specialist will support products enabling the goods portfolio and its connection with consumer demand.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU The role involves collecting local insights and feedback on products, conducting change management activities, ensuring the secure deployment of global products in Affiliates, and facilitating the engagement of local Key User communities.

The successful applicant must have demonstrated in past roles a the ability to capture business demand (new systems, enhancements), keenly evaluate and grade relevance of the request, and manage expectations appropriately. It is an asset for the applicant to possess skills to obtain clear understanding of business process, and to be able to consider ways to improve said process through enablement of our technical products.
