The Program Manager, AmeriCorps (PMA), will oversee the daily operations and management of the AmeriCorps program within HFHFL. This includes supervising AmeriCorps members as a part of our Disaster Resilience Program, coordinating affiliate host sites, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and developing and implementing program strategies to achieve the organization's mission and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of AmeriCorps members.
Develop and implement training programs for AmeriCorps members.
Ensure compliance with AmeriCorps and Habitat for Humanity policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of AmeriCorps members and program activities.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to AmeriCorps, Volunteer Florida, and Habitat for Humanity of Florida.

Member Supervision and Support:
Provide ongoing supervision, support, and mentorship to AmeriCorps members.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and evaluations.
Address any issues or concerns raised by members promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Program Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with staff and community partners to identify and address community needs.
Coordinate and oversee AmeriCorps member activities, projects, and initiatives.
Ensure program activities align with Habitat for Humanity's mission and values.

Community Engagement and Partnerships:
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders.
Represent Habitat for Humanity of Florida and the AmeriCorps program at community events and meetings as needed.
Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.

Administrative and Financial Management:
Manage program budgets and financial resources.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and programmatic data.
Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding applications.

Service:
Willingness and ability to help and support affiliates by providing timely and courteous service to meet their needs.
Deliver exceptional service to other staff, Habitat International, donors, and the public.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually
