Already a Fortune 100 company, you will lead our efforts in designing and maintaining Honeywell and its brand assets across the industries. Key responsibilities: Lead a team that oversees Honeywell's brand, creative, visuals, events, branding in customer experience centers. This role includes: Creating and executing a multi-phased plan to expand our brand among customers, shareholders and new business opportunities and initiatives Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong leadership skills will be key in launching new products and initiatives. Developing a strategy to incorporate our brand promise and pillars across all customer-facing marketing and communication channels. Work with cross-functional teams in the campaign planning process to ensure consistency in use of brand and its positioning. Managing (and governing) our Brand Guidelines across the company Directly managing and developing a global team and budgets; and matrix leadership and management Directing agencies and contractors related to brand activities Operational Excellence - constantly improving scale, optimization and productivity Coaching and training Honeywell employees about the brand Partnering with Analytics to deepen understanding of our customer and factors that build trust and brand affinity and the tools to measure, analyze and optimize efforts and identify impact and opportunities for brand improvement YOU MUST HAVE: 10+ years of working in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate or agency environment 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and strategy, advertising and/or marketing planning along with proven demand-generation and campaign execution Experience and familiarity with key marketing platforms and tools, including Adobe, Workfront, Salesforce and Marketo WE VALUE Fortune 500 work experience in marketing Bachelor's degree in business or marketing Ability to thrive within an organization with a degree of ambiguity and fast pace; organizational aptitude and ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume, high-visibility function 3 years managing a global brand Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to adapt to changing market trends Experience managing a decentralized, global team A "win and have fun" and inventive spirit and approach to work and projects A commitment to shared success Additional Information
