The Director, IT Business Partner - Omni-Channel will be a strategic partner for the US Commercial Organization in building Omni-channel technology roadmaps aligned with the U.S. Commercial Leadership's priorities. This position will play a pivotal role in pulling through Alexion's Omnichannel vision, driving personalized orchestrated experiences across sales and marketing channels in support of HCP customer outreach. The individual will develop strategic relationships within the Business Operations Omnichannel Strategy team and the U.S. Business Systems and Field Excellence team to partner with them in achieving and exceeding business objectives! We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is seasoned with implementation and vendor management, and can proactively contribute to redefining our IT Omni-channel roadmaps and vision. You will be working with cross-functional teams and must be able to effectively navigate between Business and IT partners to achieve your goals. This role will report into Head U.S. Commercial IT and will be responsible for collaborating in a matrix environment across multiple It teams. This individual will work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure Omnichannel solutions deliver maximum competitive advantage through all channels! You will be responsible for:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $148,759.20 to $223,138.80. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
