Job Details - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Identify reasons for a canceled sale and make recommendations as needed. - Communicate effectively with homeowners to determine needs. - Set follow up appointments via outbound calls. - Meet or exceed appointment setting goals. - Provide world class customer service. - Coordinate with outside sales leaders to ensure program effectiveness. - Enter data into the system accurately. WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member. - Excellent communication and phone/computer skills. - A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task. - Willingness to learn and grow in a new role. - 2+ years as a successful phone sales representative. - Call center experience, preferred. - Full time candidates preferred, but open to part time in the right situation.
