GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH • We promote from within • Performance is reviewed on an annual basis • We service all of Central North Carolina, as well as areas surrounding Wilmington & Myrtle Beach • Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner and Wilmington WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE • Set the tone for the customer experience, sending welcome letters, and updating customer on initial appointment • Keep assigned homeowners updated throughout entire RbA experience • In this role you will be assigned to 7 to 10 Sales Associates • Once a sale is finalized all the details and customer demographics will be sent to the Customer Care Representative, who will be the customers' direct point of contact. • Coordinate with other departments to problem solve • Confirming order process with administrative team • Confirm shipping • Troubleshoot to avoid escalation • Answering questions • Addressing complaints • Displaying creative conflict resolutions skills • Our Customer Care Department is one of the most unique roles we have here at Renewal by Andersen. • You are given the opportunity to build relationships with customers continuously rather than having brief interactions. • You receive hourly pay, monthly bonus opportunities, and have weekends off!
